Lineview has launched a guided changeover module that brings SMED best practice directly to the line as step-by-step prompts.

What's new

The module walks operators through each stage of a changeover, separating preparation from the tasks that require the line to be stopped. Every step is timed and tracked.

Why it matters

Changeovers are one of the largest controllable losses on a bottling line. By making the best method the default, the module reduces variability between shifts and operators.
