William Grant recognised the need to develop its emerging leaders in a way that reflected the “William Grant Way” across its diverse operations. The goal was to create a self-funding program that:
- Furnishes leaders with the skills and mindset to drive actionable improvements.
- Establishes a standardised leadership framework aligned with company values.
- Creates a replicable template for leadership development across the entire organisation.
A deep dive analysis sets the stage for a standardised leadership program
Partnering with Lineview, the William Grant team embarked on an innovative “Leading the Way” program, creating a standardized leadership template and equipping rising stars to deliver tangible results.
The Lineview customer success team brings a wealth of experience and applicable knowledge from their years managing operations globally. They speak the language of their customers from the shop floor to the top floor to give trusted advice and frameworks that apply to customer operations.
Engaging Curriculum
The program focused on self-discovery, empowering the 24 pilot participants to identify their strengths, goals, blind spots, and growth areas.
Project-Based Learning
Each participant developed and implemented a project showcasing their newfound skills, fostering practical application and tangible impact.
Sustainability impact and productivity boost
The “Leading the Way” program, a collaborative effort between William Grant & Sons and LineView Solutions, equipped emerging leaders with relevant skills, and fostered actionable projects. The program delivered tangible results and established a blueprint for future success.
